Очередная компелация знаний по Лайму. Статья 2011 года, но мне она показалась полезной, есть несколько полезных ньюансов для меня. особенно удобно собранны цитокины участвующие в воспалении.

Полезный обзор. Особенно понравились разделы о различных биомаркерах БЛ и натуральных добавках. Нужно будет изучить поподробнее.
И еще интересная информация о связи Ph крови и температуры и поверхностными белками боррелий. Может быть здесь - частичное объяснение таких вариаций в анализах?

"There is one test that may be useful in screening patients suspected of being infected with Bartonella. This test may also be particularly useful in the follow-up of patients with Bartonella/ BLO. This blood test is called "vascular endothelial growth factor" (VEGF). This test measures a substance that is produced by the Bartonella microbe in order to facilitate its entry into the body tissues it likes to inhabit. Elevated levels of VEGF often (but not exclusively) mean that a patient is infected with Bartonella. By monitoring VEGF levels during the course of treatment, physicians can monitor the progress of treatment (antibiotics). When VEGF levels return to normal, it generally means that the antibiotics have been successful and can be discontinued. The VEGF test is available from standard commercial laboratories. Я пока в процессе изучения книги хорвитза тяжко она меня идет вторую не потяну пока но конечно надо будет глянуть потом)
С вегф все не так просто с бартонеллой должны быть значительно выше уровни так как бартонелла на этом специализируется. У с осп С не совсем понятно какие уровни тут конечно нужен опытный клиницист. Метод конечно хорошии это хоть какая то оценка эффективности аб терапии но все же очень много неточностей может у вектор бест и не лучшая статья но основная мысль там вообщем то верная очень чуствительный анализ и к возрасту и к тому как он делаеться, как минимум из нее следует что мониторить анализ надо в одной лабе. Одно понятно что если он повышен и на лечении он понижается то это скорее что то хорошее происходит а вот что именно боррелия или бартонелла это вопрос, еще не менее важный вопрос могут ли влиять аб на вегф)
Пойду на днях его сдам посмотрю что там да как
